Skilled Progression is a way for us to administer the care plans fluently and record patient response to the treatment.  By recording a patient's progress towards recovery or health stability, there is accuracy of service delivery.  It also allows us to see patterns and/or indications which may prompt physicians to adjust the patient's care plan.
